Kelsey always grew up knowing she wanted to teach and do hair. She has also always loved business, marketing and had dreams of being an entrepreneur. Here is where it all came together. After doing hair in the Treasure Valley for over 13+ years, with the help of her husband Jerry, they opened A Beautiful Reaction in March of 2019. Kelsey wanted to open a non toxic, green concept salon that was safe for not only clients but stylists as well. She wanted to bring a new salon “experience” to the Treasure Valley for our guests that make them feel educated. Involving the chemistry of hair, as well as up front and transparent pricing, always keeping the clients needs in mind.

Hi, I’m Ashley! I was born in Birmingham Alabama, but have lived in Meridian most of my life! I am lucky enough to get to carry out both my passions of working on the business side of things for A Beautiful Reaction, while also caring for little humans in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (I am also a NICU nurse)! When I am not working you can find me spending time with my loved ones. We look forward to seeing you in the salon!

Hi there! I’m Maddie, the face behind the phone! I grew up in small town Kuna and currently live in Meridian! When I’m not working, you can find me hanging out with my boyfriend and my siamese kitty, Jinx. I was a barista at the Human Bean for 3 fun years, but ended up finding my place right here at A Beautiful Reaction! I’ve always wanted to go into the beauty industry, so this is the perfect start for me. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hi everyone, I’m Trinity! I was born and raised in Puyallup Washington. About a year after I graduated high school, I moved down to Destin Florida with my boyfriend for about a year and a half. After living down south I realized that I really missed living up in the northwest, and I’m super happy I can make Idaho my new home! Outside of the salon I enjoy going snowboarding with friends/family or playing video games with my dad and boyfriend! At the moment I’m working the front desk while I attend school at Oliver Finley to get my cosmetology license. I am truly passionate with helping others while making them feel their best! Hopefully one day I will be able to have you in my chair!

Hey I’m Paige! I was born and raised here in Idaho. I spend my time outside of the salon playing volleyball, on the lake or cuddled up watching a good movie. My favorite thing to do as a stylist is highlighting or balayage. My goal is to have each and every client leaving feeling happy and beautiful! Can’t wait to meet you!!

Hi! I am Ally Smith, I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho! I enjoy working on all types of hair (blonde, brunettes, etc) cool toned blondes being my favorite! Hi everyone! My name is Jordan and I was born and raised in Boise! I am a lover of the outdoors and indoors. You can find me doing any sport/activity, or in the kitchen learning a new recipe! I have always had a love for this industry as I grew up coming from generations of hair stylists. My goal is for you to feel confident and beautiful leaving my chair! Can’t wait to meet you!

Hi, my name is Ale (All-ay) and I am a Treasure Valley native. Before discovering my passion for hair, I attended the College of Western Idaho and pursued a degree in education. To put myself through school I worked as a receptionist at a local salon and fell in love with the industry. Shortly after graduating college, I enrolled in cosmetology school and began my career. I love lived in colors and extensions but blow outs will always have a special place in my heart because my favorite part of the entire service is the style at the end. Outside of the salon I enjoy spending time with my family and my sweet pup, Daisy. I am also a big podcast girly. Have a seat in my chair and let’s be friends!

Hi there! My name is Angelique. I was born in California but raised in Idaho! I am very blessed to have grown up in such a beautiful place! Typically in my free time I like to decompress by taking walks, hiking, or camping. I am a big fan of holistic health, spending time with friends/family, and I would say I am a bit of a movie connoisseur as well! Behind the chair, I love anything to do with blonding! I strive to create a welcoming fun environment, while simultaneously giving you the hair of your dreams! I can’t wait to meet you!
