Kelsey always grew up knowing she wanted to teach and do hair. She has also always loved business, marketing and had dreams of being an entrepreneur. Here is where it all came together. After doing hair in the Treasure Valley for over 13+ years, with the help of her husband Jerry, they opened A Beautiful Reaction in March of 2019. Kelsey wanted to open a non toxic, green concept salon that was safe for not only clients but stylists as well. She wanted to bring a new salon “experience” to the Treasure Valley for our guests that make them feel educated. Involving the chemistry of hair, as well as up front and transparent pricing, always keeping the clients needs in mind.

Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Ashley! I was born in Birmingham Alabama, but have lived in Meridian most of my life! I am lucky enough to get to carry out both my passions of working on the business side of things for A Beautiful Reaction, while also caring for little humans in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (I am also a NICU nurse)! When I am not working you can find me spending time with my loved ones. We look forward to seeing you in the salon!

Hi there! I’m Maddie, the face behind the phone! I was born and raised here in beautiful Idaho! I have always enjoyed connecting with people and brightening their day, so I strive to make every guest feel warm and welcome the second they walk through our door. I’m also lucky enough to help support our incredible team and make sure the salon runs as seamlessly as possible. Outside of work, you can find me creating art, gaming, and spending time with my favorite people (including my fur baby, Jinx). I can’t wait to meet you and make your visit a great one!

Hello everyone! My name is Hanna! I’m originally from Peachtree City, Georgia but moved here 5 years ago and fell in love with Idaho! Outside of A Beautiful Reaction, my favorite ways to spend my time are watching movies or hanging out with puppies. I recently graduated from Boise State University so I am excited to continue my education in cosmetology school and at the salon! I can’t wait to meet you all!

Hi everyone! My name is Jordan and I was born and raised in Boise! I am a lover of the outdoors and indoors. You can find me doing any sport/activity, or in the kitchen learning a new recipe! I have always had a love for this industry as I grew up coming from generations of hair stylists. My goal is for you to feel confident and beautiful leaving my chair! Can’t wait to meet you!

Hey! I’m Ale (pronounced all-ay), and I’m a Treasure Valley native! After graduating from CWI, I decided to take a leap of faith into the beauty industry, and I’ve never looked back. While I love every second behind the chair, my heart really beats for creating bright blondes, lived-in blondes, and seamless extensions. Outside of the salon, you’ll find me hanging out with my family and my sweet pup, Daisy. I’m also such a coffee lover and could talk about books for hours! Come sit in my chair and let’s be friends. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi! I’m Madison! I moved from Montana to Boise in 2021 and instantly fell in love! Shortly after I moved, I attended cosmetology school and found a love for making clients feel beautiful! In my free time I enjoy attending concerts, taking my golden retriever Maggie to the dog park, and hanging out with my friends! As a stylist, I love having a close connection with my clients while giving them their dream hair! I’m so excited and look forward to meeting you!!

Hi, my name is Echo! I was born in Oregon and raised in Idaho. My hobbies consist of doing hair and going shopping! I consider myself very outgoing and love a good conversation. I am so excited to be a part of the BRe Team and I can’t wait to see you in my chair!

Hi everyone, my name is Trinity! I was born and raised in Washington and moved to this beautiful state in 2023. I’m super grateful to call Idaho my new home! Outside of the salon I enjoy going snowboarding, shopping, reading, or playing video games! I’m truly passionate with helping others while making them feel their best! I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Angelique. I was born in California but raised in Idaho! I am very blessed to have grown up in such a beautiful place! Typically in my free time I like to decompress by taking walks, hiking, or camping. I am a big fan of holistic health, spending time with friends/family, and I would say I am a bit of a movie connoisseur as well! Behind the chair, I love anything to do with blonding! I strive to create a welcoming fun environment, while simultaneously giving you the hair of your dreams! I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi! My name is Beth! From a young age, I aspired to be a hairstylist, driven by my love for creativity and beauty. I pay close attention to detail and enjoy customizing each hairstyle to fit your unique needs, ensuring you feel truly beautiful. The highlight of my job is seeing the joy on my client’s faces after a transformation. Outside of the salon, I love exploring new coffee shops, attending concerts, shopping and spending quality time with my husband, friends and two fur babies. I also enjoy hiking and relaxing by the lake. I can’t wait to meet you and make beautiful hair together!

Hi everyone, my name is Kenzie! I’m an Idaho native, which compliments my love for most outdoor activities. I actually enjoy anything that gets me up and moving. I also love Idaho’s four seasons for all the wardrobe essentials. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my amazing family, friends, and of course Jesus! I have always been very interested in the beauty industry. To say hair and makeup are passions of mine, well, that would be an understatement. I feel so blessed to be able to make this my career.
