When booking an appointment, you will be asked to put a card on file to hold your reservation. If you are needing to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so outside of the 24hr window. Canceling/Rescheduling within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

A same day No-Call/No-Show will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.

Please plan travel time accordingly to avoid being late. Being 15 minutes late will be considered a No-Show and you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
