When booking an appointment you will be asked to put a card on file to hold your reservation. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time or you will subject to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. The 50% cancellation policy will be enforced if: You fail to reschedule/cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled service No show your appointment Are more than 15 minutes late and have to reschedule

Yes you can cancel your membership whenever you please! There is no commitment with memberships.
